Position: Customer Service Manager
- Working Hours: 44 hours/week with rotating shifts
- Salary: $4000 – $5000
- Location: Orchard
Responsibilities
- Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
- Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
- Managing customers’ accounts
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Represent Company to attend the consultation / hearing at Small Claims Tribunals
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of related experience with 5 years in service center management
- Knowledge in spare parts management
- Computer literate
- Gadget product knowledge required (laptop, camera, headset and etc)
