Assistant Manager – Purchasing

Responsibilities
- Handle full cycle of the purchasing function in the Company
- Manage timely purchasing support to all departments, ensure purchasing activities are adhered with Company’s procedures and policies
- Perform sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment and manage suppliers’ performance
- Keep proper and updated purchasing documentation for audit purpose
- Seek continuous improvement on purchasing control, pricing and deliveries
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 5 years relevant experience; or Diploma holders with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of the full purchasing cycle
- Working knowledge of vendor selection and credit terms negotiation
- Able to read and write in Chinese in order to review vendors’ contract and agreement in Chinese”.
