Position: Customer Service Officer
- Working Location: Orchard
- Working Hour: 44 hours per week, on rotating shift
- Salary Range: $2,200 to $2,600 (Gross Pay)
- Monthly Basic: $2000 to $2300
- Shift Allowance: $250/month
Job Description:
- Handles walk in customers, orders and service professionally.
- Follow through to ensure customers’ requirement are processed promptly and accurately.
- Address customer questions, concerns and providing closed loop.
- Determine appropriate instructional procedures / methods and incorporate of usage to resolve customers’ issues.
- Provides administrative and operations support for service department.
- Participate in project work as/when required for improvement implementation.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or equivalent, preferable with 1 year of relevant experience
- Possess basic IT knowledge, preferable with laptop and camera technical knowledge
- Willing to work weekends and public holiday in a retail environment.
- Capacity to work both as an individual and as a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical abilities.
- Initiative and be able to work independently and the ability to perform in a fast-paced demanding work environment.
